The TXT ERA Program lets potential homebuyers get property information by simply sending a text message. All they have to do is send the express listing number they see on a yard sign to “TXT ERA (898372).” In return, the potential buyer will receive a text message that contains basic listing information, including the name and phone number of the listing agent.

ERA® One-Click Away gives your listings greater exposure by increasing the number of times they appear in online searches.
When a consumer searches for a property in a particular area via search engine, ERA One-Click Away works behind the scenes to point the search engine corresponding listings on ERA.com. This technology increases the frequency with which ERA Real Estate listings appear in online searches on sites such as Yahoo!®, Google™ and MSN, driving traffic to ERA.com and increasing exposure for your listings.
