The ERA® Sellers Security® Plan generates leads by giving you a unique prospecting edge.

ERA Real Estate is the only national real estate company with a guaranteed sales program. For the cost of an appraisal and a home inspection, qualified sellers can enroll in the ERA Sellers Security Plan® (SSP). ERA Real Estate pioneered the program 30 years ago with the slogan, “We Will Sell Your House or ERA will buy it!”® Today, the program still generates leads and enhances the ERA brand identity. For Sellers with time constraints- who need assured sales and no contingency status- the SSP drives new business by solving the sell-and-buy dilemma. The program can also help home sellers find buyers. If an ERA Woods Sales Associate has the listing on a home, qualified prospective buyers can use the SSP to sell an existing home and speed the purchase of the ERA listing.

MDA Fundraising Support

ERA® Real Estate has raised more than $30 million for the Muscular Dystrophy Association during our more than 30-year partnership. Since 1977, ERA Real Estate has been the sole real estate industry sponsor of the Muscular Dystrophy Association, raising more than $30 million to fight neuromuscular diseases. ERA Home Protection Plan

The ERA Home Protection Plan® generates sales and listings by protecting buyers and sellers from any unexpected home repair bills covered by the program.

The ERA Home Protection Plan, administered by American Home Shield (AHS) provides protection for seller while their properties are on the market and extends that coverage to buyers for a full year from the date of the closing. When a covered home component fails due to normal wear and tear, the plan administrator, AHS, will repair or replace it for a low service call.

ERA New Thresholds

ERA SELLER SECURITY® PLAN disclaimer:

Your house must be a single-family primary residence. Houses must have an average appraised value of at least $50,000 and not more than $750,000. Mobile homes, co-ops, or multi-family homes are not eligible for the plan. Properties that have an abandoned storage tank on site are also not eligible.

Conditions apply: house must meet specific qualifications and purchase price will be determined solely by ERA Franchise Systems LLC.
